I first heard about food fermentation in 2011, while I was in the pasture feeding cows. Sandor Katz was on NPR promoting his new book. I’ve been a fan of  food fermentation since.

Note fermentation also includes alcohol. I have experience in home brewing mead and beer, and hope to do so again.
